Come along and try the Iyengar Method of Yoga at Grace and Gravity Studio, Wallingford.
This 2 hour workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those currently practising yoga.
Ady will focus on having healthy hips by using precise anatomical alignment and holding the poses for longer periods of time and, if needed, using props and adjustments to gain greater benefit from each posture (asana).
There will be some breathe work and recuperative poses to help wind down the session and leave you feeling fully restored and relaxed.
